What do I do if my seed packet has seeds missing?

Submitted: 02:46PM, 20 Oct 2009
Answer: Most seeds are packed on high speed, form fill and seal packing machines.Seeds come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Sometimes despite continual supervision, we do get what is termed a ‘machine miss’, and this may be caused by the odd shape of the seed and the inability of some lines of seed to flow smoothly. Occasionally a packet will slip through with little or no seed in it. Simply send the pack to us at the address on the label and we will send a replacement pack.
