Derris Dust say not to use above 30 deg.SO does that mean in summer I put it on early in morning?

I don't understand if this means not to apply when temp is 30 or if it will reach 30+.Temps here in the Northern Rivers regularly hit well over 40,even up to 48.Is the product suitable to use in this area or have I wasted my money? Can it be applied early in the morning as I was of the belief that it should be used on plants that are dry.Why can't it be applied over 30 deg?

Answer: Dear Peter,

I know it can be very difficult in applying pesticides and fungicides on plants in areas where the temperature reaches over 30 degrees but is not adviseable to apply these products under these conditions. If you know that the temperature is going to reach over 30 degrees on a particular day, do not apply the Derris Dust as it is likely to burn the leaves on the plant. Whenever you apply a pesticide or fungicide, the soil around the plant should be watered first before applying the product to the leaves.
