How do I trunk drench a large macadamia tree with phosphorus acid?

My macadamia nut tree is suffering die back. Tree is around 30 years old.
I have been advised to trunk drench it with phosphorus acid. How do I do that? Is Yates Anti Rot the product to use - how much / how often?

Hope you can please advise me.

Answer: Hi Dawn,

Thank you for contacting us regarding your Macadamia tree. Unfortunately Yates Anti Rot is not registered against rot on Macadamia for use in the home garden. Therefore, I won’t be able to recommend either the mixing ratio or withholding period. You may decide to apply as an off-the-label use, wish your tree will recover.

Best Regards,
