Hydrangeas re-potting

When is it time to re-pot hydrangeas please.

Strawberry and Cream is flowering now, my white MopHeads have finished for now I think.

What can I do to help them for re-potting.

We live on the coast so we don't have many or any frosts.
Many thanks
Marlene

Answer: Re-pot hydrangeas after flowering. After potting, apply Yates Uplift to help the plant settle into its new home.
