My long beans (snake beans) are being eaten by small grubs how do I treat

Answer: Hi Lisa,

If the snake beans are being eaten by caterpillars then Yates Success or Dipel can be used to control these pests.

The active ingredient of Success is spinosad which is a naturally occurring soil pathogen which is effective against a range of caterpillars that attack vegetables. Apply it in the early morning or late afternoon.
