Rhonda
I have little holes in the leaves in almost every plant in my garden. I cannot see any pests during the day or at night under torchlight. Any clues?

Thought it was snails or slaters but the holes are even in the tomato plant leaves that are at least 3 to 4 feet off the ground.

Answer: hi Rhonda, it’s pretty hard to say without seeing, but it could be that there has been a plaque of leaf eating beetles which have now passed. If you are still getting damage on the new growth, I would suggest taking a sample to your nursery for a horticulturist to examine. other than that you really need to catch the insects in the act.
