Hi ya,,,Basicly my wintergreen lawn, has been destroyed by ARMY WORM.

I flew out to work last week, and my lawn was in pristine condition. And this week,it dead or dying and covered in Army caterpillars.I mowed the lawn, and sprayed with Baythroid{two applications} and I just cant kill them.Using Baythroid as directed, and when the reticulation is on,they rise to the serface. What can you suggest I do next.

Answer: Hi Mark,
Baythroid needs to be applied every two weeks, until you start to see your lawn come back, they are around at this time of the year so using a liquid feed to promote your lawn to come back will help rejuvenate your lawn and get it back to how it was before the grubs attacked. It normally takes two weeks to make sure the application has been effective.http://thelawnguide.com.au/weeds-pests-diseases/27-pests-and-diseases/318-army-worms-on-lawns.html
