Answer: Hi Nikki,
You have a pest called scale,they are a sap sucking insect and can be treated by using pest oil. Make sure when you use pest oil that you don’t use it when the temps are in the high 20s to 30s. Would be a good idea at this stage to use some seaweed concentrate around the roots to help revive it.
