the instructions say: apply when actively growing. what does that mean?

i have bought the Yates bufaloPro but i dont know when my lawn (or do you mean the weeds?) is "activelly" growing. the clover is having a ball athe moment!

Answer: Hi Sally,
It is best to apply Buffalo Pro when the weeds are growing which is generally in Spring although clover does tend to grow through Summer and Autumn. After our poor Summer conditions, when we had little sun and plenty of rain, the weeds are still around. As the nights cool down they will not be growing very much so if you wish to apply the Buffalo Pro it is best to apply it soon.

The weed growth and grass growth will slow down during Winter therefore this is not the best time to apply a herbicide. Do not mow or fertilise the lawn 1 week before or after applying Buffalo Pro.
