Medium_image i just used lawn master sr. Noticed a lot of clover and figure I should of done weednfeed, can I do that still

I only just asked a question but I'm very new to this. But as I said I used the lawn master in a bag over the lawn after aerating it, the lawn looks like it hasn't been taking care of very well. Didn't realise there was so much clover and what looks like dandelions. I bought a bag of weed n feed and lawn master. But think I should of done weed n feed instead. What other options do I have? The lawn looked tired when we moved in so I've been trying my best the past two weeks! Any help what so ever would be great

Answer: Hi Wayne,
Your on the right track with your lawn, it does take a lot of wear and tare over the summer, looks like you have a bit of wintergrass (we don’t have a spray for that one at the moment) as well which comes on in the autumn. You can still use the weed and feed but its only good on broadleaf weeds, yes you can still use it for your clover. You may want to try a little bit of top dressing or a fine layer of cow manure over the tired spots and water in well…this will help the roots regenerate.I hope this helps
