Hi I am just starting my veggie patch and would like some advice on what veggies and herbs I should sow in May. I am from Newcastle area. Thank you

Answer: You should be able to sow broad beans, broccoli, leeks, lettuce, onions,peas, radishes, shallots, spinach, dill, coriander and chives during May. Artichokes, asparagus and seed potatoes can also be planted.
