Answer: Tomatoes are a great addition to the veggie patch. The very simplest answer to your question is that they might not be ripe yet. The whole tomato inside and out starts out green and the inside seeds turn translucent as the fruit ripens so you may just need to ripen them a little more before you eat them. It may also be caused by environmental stress, disease or insect damage. So have a close inspection of the plant to see in there are any problems and make sure you are giving it plenty of water.
