what do i do with my herbs when they flower?

I have dill,thyme,sage,watercress,chives.

Answer: Hi Louise, with the exception of dill and watercress you dont need to do anything, you can even eat the flowers. Dill is an annual herb so it pretty much finished after flowering so you need to re-sow. watercress becomes bitter after flowering so it needs to be sown on a rotational basis too.
