No fruit on panama gold passionfruit for 2 years, plenty of foliage

Answer: Hi Glenyss,

It sounds like your passionfruit vine is deriving plenty of nitrogen from the soil at the expense of potassium which is essential for flowering and fruiting.

Would you have given the vine a fertiliser that has been too high in nitrogen? The appropriate fertiliser to choose is one such as Thrive Citrus & Fruit Granular fertiliser or Dynamic Lifter Plus for Fruit. Both of these fertilisers are high in potassium and would be excellent for your passionfruit vine. The fertiliser should be applied in spring and then again in autumn. Hopefully next year your vine will produce an abundant amount of fruit for you.
