passionfruit,falling off green,been fed potash lots of fruit, but many falling off not ripe is is the weather

Live in the Shellharbour had lots of rain but the passionfruit look all crumpled up that is the green ones lots fall off I was also advised last winter to feed trace elements lots do ripen but wondered why they are falling off and many still sour

Answer: Hi Judy,
The cool,wet summer conditions are probably the main reason why the passionfruit are not ripening well. If the weather warms up over the next month then you may have more luck with your passionfruit.
