Can i plant a carob tree near my 2 meter high border wall

Carob tree can reach a height and width of 10m, I would suggest spacing it according to the growth to avoid any further transplanting. Please read more about the tree from the following lin:

Also I would suggest improving soil befor planting by digging in some Dynamic Lifter Organic Plant Food, which is a manure based organic fertiliser, and will provide all the nutrients (nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus) for your plants need to grow and thrive.
