Thank you for contacting us regarding growing sunflowers. It is a hardy annual and easy to grow in spring. You will need to digging in some Dynamic Lifter Organic Plant Food, which is a manure based organic fertiliser, to prepare the soil before sowing direct where it is to grow, keep watering during germination. Plants may need to be stated depending on the variety. Try Yates Thrive Roses & Flowers Natural Fish & Seaweed+ Concentrate every fortnightly, the dual acting formula feed through both leaves and roots to boost healthy growth and prolific flowers.
