Thanks for the question. This is a common occurance with citrus. They will generally drop a few fruit as they are developing. This happens to ensure the plant has enough resources to bring the remaining fruit to maturity. If you have already fertilised it then you just need to make sure you are giving it lots of water. Citrus are thristy plants and have a shallow root system so you need to make sure you water them regularly.
