Monica
Our peach tree has leaf curl. All products recommend spraying before fruit appears.

Is there a product we can use? I have been removing affected leaves, but every day there are more.
PS For some reason I no longer get the monthly Yates newsletter, which I really enjoy. Any chance to have the letter reinstated?
Thank you

Answer: Dear Monica,

I am afraid it is too late to spray your peach tree now. You need to spray Leaf Curl Copper Spray(copper oxychloride) at bud swell. This product will give protection to the bud before it opens. You can certainly remove any of the affected leaves now but remember to spray earlier next year at bud swell.
