My frangipani leaves are all covered in bright orange dots underneath , whatis this, is it a fungus?

All 4 of my frangipani tree leaves have been Infested with bright orange dots, I have tried removing all leaves but they grow back and once again are covered in orange dots on the underside

Answer: Hello,

From your description it sounds like your frangipani trees are affected by the fungal disease, Frangipani Rust.
This disease can be treated with Yates Rose Shield which controls rust in ornamental plants.
