Hi Stephanie for some reason I can't reply to your emails anymore. I am getting a message saying ""your message was not delivered. This is because you replied from an email account that was not used in that particular conversation.

I don't want you to think I am not still very interested in what you can find out about the orange tree thanks Stephanie.

Answer: Hi Leonie,

Do not despair, we are still digging and conducting research into your poor tree.

We have a couple of experts looking into it from our end. As this issue is quite unique, it will take some time for us to get to the bottom of it.

We have not given up on you! I will send you a private message with an update.

Kind regards

Stephanie
