I have a regular severe problem with red scale on my curry plant leaves. Thinking of using Confidor what would be the witholding period and how many applications would you suggest. Also would your pest oil eventually work after what number of applications weekly

Answer: Hi Jack,

Thank you for contacting us regarding the red scale. Unfortunately both Confidor and Pest oil are not registered against red scales for use on curry tree. Try Yates Nature’s Way Citrus & Ornamental Spray. Click here for more info: http://www.yates.com.au/products/organic-gardening/pest-disease-control/Natures-Way-citrus-and-ornamental-spray/ It is an organic certified product made from Canola oil, there is 1 day withholding period, great for your edibles.

Hope this helps and happy gardening.

Best Regards,
Louise
