Medium_wp_20160330_09_00_03_pro Greetings, I believe this tree is from the Lilly Pilly family.

Ive noticed yellowing of leaves with brown - black spots, die back of lower branches and what looks like pale spots almost like sunburn. The tree definitely looks unhealthy. Top of tree looks healthy but is also developing the same symptoms. Please help

It looks like you have a problem called Myrtle rust which attacks plants in the myrtaceae family. We have two products that would treat this Yates Triforine and Yates Zaleton.
