tomato blight question

I live in Mass. and have just found brown spots/ blight on my tomatoes. I cut off the infected leaves, but are all of my plants doomed or is it possible they'll survive?

Answer: Dear Cathy,

Do you live in America? We are an Australian website and am not familiar with the products e.g. fungicides that are available in the US. Perhaps you could visit your local nursery who will be able to help you further.
