How to get color in my callalillies

The 1st year my flowers had beautiful colors in them but the 2nd year the color was very dule

Light is critical to colour clarity and plant height. Permanent shaded conditions can cause stem elongation, weaker growth resulting in low flower yields and washed out colours. Perhaps the area in which your calla lillies are growing may now be shaded by over hanging shrubs or trees stopping them from receiving the vital light they need to perform well. A light prune to surrounding shrubs may be necessary.
