We are moving in November and I want to take my bulbs with me, what is the best way to do this?

Answer: Dear Justine,

Once the foliage of your bulbs have died down, you can dig them up, shake off the excess soil and put them in a paper bag ready for moving and planting out in your new garden when the season is right. Continue to fertilise them with a soluble fertiliser for as long as you can as this will ensure that all the nutrients will be contained in the bulbs before digging up.
