Help with unknown plant disease.
Hello, I have 2 x Hardenbergia violacea and both are suffering from the blueish powdery covering you can see in these images. It's quite fly away and there is a light misting of it everywhere when windy. it's sticky to touch. Thank you, Tamara

Looks like the plant is affected by Boisduval Scale. To control, try remove the most affected leaves and spray the plant with'Yates Nature's Way Citrus & Ornamental Spray (Pyrethrum Plus Oil Pest Spray)'. Controls a wide variety on insects pests on many edibles and ornamentals.
