Hi there, I wonder if I lay some 'Sir Walter Buffalo' lawn turf now ( I am living in Sydney). Would it grow if I give proper care in terms of water and fertilizer? I heard that lawn is dormant around this time so it might not be the best time to grow it b

Turf can be laid at any time of year, but late winter/early spring is probably the best time. If you do decide to lay the Sir Walter Buffalo this month ensure that the area is well drained and it receives ample amount of sunshine. Dynamic Lifter Turf Starter would be an excellent product for you to incorporate into your existing soil before laying the turf. This product will promote a stronger root system and help the grass to establish quickly. Regular applications of seaweed extract will also help the roots of the grass to establish during its early stages of growth. Once spring arrives, the area can then be fertilised with a good quality fertiliser such as Dynamic Lifter for Lawns.
