do you have a herbicide or weed n feed that will kill onion grass without killing grass and garden plants

Lawns • Weeds

Unfortunately, we have no product in our range to selectively kill onion weed in lawn or gardens.  Zero can be applied to kill the weed, but please use caution when using this product near other plants/lawn, as it could potentially kill those too.
The best thing to do is to paint on Zero Weedkiller onto the actual weed. It is best applied just before or at flowering. You can apply it with the Yates Weeding Brush. You can see a picture of the product using the below link.
Try 'Yates Zero Weedkiller Super Concentrate' for non selective control of all grasses and broadleaf weeds, as well as onion weed, bamboo, lantana, blackberry and unwanted trees. A repeat application may be necessary due to the mother bulb dying first, then the baby bulbs sprout.
Physically digging out as much of the onion grass as possible is recommended - this is not always possible due to physical ability or proximity to other plants/obstacles.
I use a mini-mattock to loosen the soil surrounding the onion weed and then gently pull them out of the soil, removing the whole plant, including the bulb.  Best to attack the weeds prior to flowering.  Once the onion weed flower they form the tiny bulbs which can be easily spread if disturbed.
