We have 2 Weed n Feed products. The Weed n Feed Granular products contains sulphate of iron and sulphate of ammonia. Once the product is applied to a moist lawn and left for 2 days, it will burn out all of the broadleaf weeds that are present. Watering in the product 2 days later will release the fertiliser in the product. The Weed n Feed liquid hose-on product contains MCPA and Dicamba. They are plant hormones which are absorbed by the foliage which is then translocated to the roots. The weed is forced into excessive disordered growth which leads to gradual curling and yellowing. The weed will die within 4 weeks.
