If zero weed killer is sprayed in pots that have fruit trees in them. Will the fruit still be safe to eat?

Yates Zero Weedkiller is not residual in the soil, so it will not affect the fruit trees unless they have been directly sprayed. Take care when spraying, ensuring spray does not drift on to the tree, otherwise, it may damage the tree. If it does accidentally drift onto the tree, hose it off immediately.
