Hi Ira,

I know your tree has grown well over the past 12 years in an area that is not its normal habitat, being humid tropical areas, but perhaps it is difficult for successful fruit development in a temperate area such as Sydney. This year has been challenging also with temperatures fluctuating and an unusual amount of rainfall during summer. You might like to contact the Department of Primary Industries who may be able to give you some further information on whether this tree is able to bear a successful crop. Good luck
