They were planted a year ago, given weekly seaweed solution, has grown well, until one developed brown edges ,1 month ago, that grew to turn the whole leaf brown and dry until dropping off. I removed the one from the hedge, could not see any immediate root rot, I trimmed roots and tree but it is not recovering. It seems all are now slowly developing the same brown leaves! I dont want to loose my hedge, please help. I have tried fungacide and pestacide, but no joy :-(

Pittosporum is one of those plants if it is under-watered, it will respond badly and if it is over-watered it is not happy either. The weather has been extremely harsh as of late and there has been very little rain. Perhaps the soil has dried out around the root system and the plants are thus responding to the dry conditions. I am not sure how frequently you water your hedge. A good deep watering twice a week is better than frequent shallow waterings. Weekly applications of seaweed solution is helpful. You might like to try a product called Yates Dynamic Lifter Liquid Concentrate. It's certified for use in organic gardens, and contains seaweed, blood&bone and fish meal to help developing new roots and restoring healthy growth. Check the moisture level in the soil to ensure there is moisture available around the root system of the plants.
