The carnations are beautiful and look magnificent flowering in the trough pot. We do not have a suitable carnation variety but the Dianthus Blush Pink which is perfumed may be an alternative. The humid weather conditions in Cairns may increase the incidence of rust. Sow the seeds from early Autumn until late Spring.
