Why are the tips of my Lilly Pilly leaves dying off?

The tips of the new leaves of my Lilly Pilly 'Resilience' turns brown and dies off. I though I was looking after these plants very well...

Flowers and Ornamentals • Physical Damage

When the tips of the leaves go brown, and die off, it usually means there is an issue with water (an environmental issue). This can be caused by over/under/irregular watering, drought and/or heavy rain, poor soil drainage or water repellent soil. Soil quality can also play a role in water availability, always use organic fertilisers such as Yates Dynamic Lifter Soil Improver & Plant Fertiliser.

To help avoid this, improve drainage where possible; Keep the soil moderately moist; and Check to see if the soil has become water repellent and apply a soil wetter such as Yates Waterwise Soil Wetter Concentrated.
