Every year we have a problem with Spider Mite on our roses. We generally control them using an agricultural insecticide which really cleans them up but it is a very nasty chemical. Is there any other method to do this.

Spider mite can be controlled with Yates Nature's Way Vegie & Herb Spray Concentrate . The mode of action is physical (ie it dries out or smothers the pest) and therefore the mite is less likely to build up resistance to the product. It is bio-degradable and non-residual. It can also be used on vegetables and fruit trees and does not have a withholding period.
