How do I control black caterpillars on my camellias?

I do have caterpillars on my camellias, little black ones, which do a lot of damage as my camellias are fairly young. I don't spray because I don't want to kill insects, so, please, is there a plant I can grow with them which will deter caterpillars.

There are no plants that deter caterpillars. To prevent them from eating your camellias you will have to manually remove them from the foliage or spray them with an insecticide.
