My Crepe Myrtles are looking very sick.

They started off really well this year but have now gone downhill with burnt looking leaves and leaf curling and dropping. We have had good rains (Melbourne). 3 in the front yard are failing, 1 in the back yard is doing fantastic. Any ideas? See pic.

It may be due to too much water and not enough drainage which could cause the same symptom- brown tips of the leaves. To improve soil drainage, I suggest digging in organic matter such as Yates Dynamic Lifter Organic Plant Food to improve the soil structure, then also applying half strength dilution of Yates Thrive All Purpose Natural Fish & Seaweed to stimulate new root growth.
