Hi Jess,

Unfortunately tulip bulbs can be affected by fungal problems such as botrytis which is more likely to occur after cold weather. Aphids can also be present on the plant and they can then transmit viruses which can also affect the performance of the plant. Aphids can be controlled by spraying with a product such as Yates Pyrethrum Insect Pest Killer Concentrate or Yates Nature's Way Vegie & Herb Spray Concentrate For fungal problems you might like to try a copper fungicide product. I am not sure why the flowers and leaves would have turned pink in colour. If you would like to email a photo of the tulips we can investigate further.
