Parsnip 'Yatesnip'

Smooth creamy white skin. Popular, heavy-yielding variety. Harvest in winter or early spring.

Position

Full sun.

Sow

Direct where they are to grow. Cover with Yates Seed Raising Mix. Firm down and keep moist. Thin out when 4-5 weeks old.

Care

Prefers a deep, well-drained soil in a sunny position. Add Thrive Granular All Purpose Fertiliser. Keep the young seedlings well watered and begin pulling roots early to spread the harvest. Protect from snails with Yates Blitzem.
