Cucumber 'Richmond Green Apple'
A rounded crisp, sweet flavoured cucumber of excellent quality. Good sized and freely produced. Extremely low in acid content.

For early sowing raise in pots of Yates Seed Raising Mix under cover. Transplant after 3-4 weeks. For direct sowing press 4-5 seeds into mounds of moist soil 40cm apart. Later thin to two strongest plants.
Care
Grows in sunny well drained position. Raised seed beds give best results. Prepare soil by adding Thrive Granular All Purpose Fertiliser. Apply Yates Thrive Soluble Fertiliser regularly to encourage strong growth. Protect from snails with Yates Blitzem.
