Cucumber 'Burpless'
A vigorous and high yielding, delightfully nutty flavoured cucumber. Delicious eaten whole with its smooth skin and non-bitter taste. No indigestion!
Position
Full sun.
Sow
For early sowing, raise in pots of Yates Seed Raising Mix under cover. Transplant after 3-4 weeks. For sowing direct in soil, plant 2 or 3 at the base of stakes forming a tripod.
Care
Grow in a sunny, well-drained position. Add Thrive Granular All Purpose Fertiliser. Pick fruit when about 20cm long. Water regularly and apply Yates Thrive Soluble Fertiliser every two weeks for stronger growth. Protect from snails with Yates Blitzem.
