Balcony 'Instant Flavour'
Three flavour-filled herbs can be grown in containers right outside the kitchen door. Separately packed sweet basil, chives and rocket.
Position
Full sun to light shade.
Sow
Direct into containers filled with good quality potting mix. Press seeds into mix and water gently. Keep moist throughout germination period. Remove excess plants.
Care
Place container in a sunny position. Apply Thrive Soluble Fertiliser every one-two weeks. When plants are mature, switch to Thrive Flower & Fruit Soluble Fertiliser. Protect from snails and slugs with Yates Blitzem.
