How It Works

Permethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid used as a broad spectrum stomach poison and contact insecticide.

Effectiveness

Unsuccessful results may be due to: Rainfall after application; Applied in high traffic areas (which moves the product away from the required area); High numbers of pests – repeat applications may be required.

Precautions

Do not apply directly to humans, exposed food or food utensils. Toxic to bees, reptiles and fish. Do not apply near ponds, water supplies or fish tanks. Show great caution when treating wasps, i.e. cover up well and treat at night, cover your torchlight with red cellophane because wasps do not detect red light.
