How It Works
Triforine is a systemic fungicide which is absorbed into the sap stream of the rose, where it destroys any fungal infection.
Acts as both a preventative and a curative, destroying diseases already in the plant and preventing diseases from entering the plant.
Ingredients
Triforine
Directions for use
Mix 14ml in 1 (one) litre of water and spray foliage every 7 – 10 days while conditions favour disease.
Effectiveness
Poor results may be due to rain falling in the first few hours after spraying, or incorrect dilution rate. Poorly nourished roses will not respond as well due to diminished immunity. Yates recommends balanced monthly feeding for roses during growing season to help combat disease.
Precautions
Do not apply in hot, cold or slow drying conditions. Do not use with a wetting agent. Do not contaminate ponds or waterways with the chemical or used containers. Flammable – store bottles in a cool dry location.
