My roses have a spider mite on the underside, tiny specks moving round, leaves going pale

There is also a fine web like substance on the stems of the leaves, I have tried several insecticides for roses but cannot get rid of them, apart from trimming off the leaves. please help me, I have 23 rose bushes!

For spider mites on roses you will need to choose a product approved for the purpose.
