I have a row of red fountain grass, at what time of year do I prune these back ready.

Answer: Hello Adam,

Fountain grass should be pruned back hard in late winter to early spring (later in cooler areas) – just before the first flush of new growth begins. A good time also to apply some Yates Dynamic Lifter Organic Plant Food to give it a great start to the new season.

All the very best!

Kind regards,
