Do you feed Olive trees, and if so when? I have one that is growing nicely and three that dont look too happy.

I would like to feed my olive trees to encourage growth. I have 4 planted in a row and only one has grown since planted about 8 months ago. I live in Geelong and I am hoping to get them to show their real beauty. Thank you

Answer: Dear Kim,

I would wait till Spring now before feeding your olive trees. We would suggest a well balanced fertiliser such as Dynamic Lifter Advanced for Fruit & Citrus. As well feeding your olive trees, this product will also enrich the soil. The best time to apply is early spring and then again in late summer.
