The new leaves on my peach tree are all curled and bubbled and some of them are falling off. Why?

Submitted: 02:33PM, 20 Oct 2009
Answer: This is caused by a fungal disease called leaf curl. The tree must be sprayed with Leaf Curl Copper Fungicide at bud swell (when new buds show tips of colour). By the time the leaves show the damage it’s too late to spray.

We sprayed with the copper fungicide on time this year still have leaf curl. Last year I stripped the leaves & put them in a plastic bag, that helped, guess I will have to do that again this year as I don't know what else to do, it's too late to spray again unless someone has another option!
