My Yucca has black marks all over the lower leaves. What is it and how can I control it before it takes over the whole plant.
It is not scale and I can't see any bugs or grubs

Hi Vicki, hard to say without knowing a bit more about the growing situation, whether in ground or pot, inside or out etc. It could be a fungus or it could be physiological. Either way the plant is probably too wet. Remove the older leaves that are heavily marked, reduce watering dramatically and avoid wetting the leaves and they should recover. Mancozeb fungicide might help slow down the spread but if the soil is too wet it will keep happening. Lack of good light and air circulation may be contributing too.
